AYLA Inc.'s tutoring and mentoring program supports and nurtures the learning abilities of students that are struggling at school, TAFE or university. Through educational tutoring, real life application and values-based team setting, AYLA Inc. builds the capacity of students to achieve independently and inspire a curiosity in learning. Through working within a values-based learning environment and goal setting system, participants are encouraged to make positive behavioral choices and as they progress, benefit from peer support in a team environment.
AYLA Inc. supports tomorrow’s leaders in gaining access to life experience, training, and employment opportunities. Youths can be hired by AYLA Inc. to gain knowledge and work experience in the working environment for a minimum of 6 months. AYLA Inc. collaborates with Port High School and other RTOs who focus on Certificate based education and hold the same values to further these youths.

Each year AYLA Inc. would like to give out three $500 scholarships to youths within our community who have shown a level of success even through trying times.

AYLA Inc. are excited to present these youths with a cheque to go towards their project/idea/dreams, a framed certificate and an opportunity to present the same award to the next year's winner.

They will have the opportunity to speak about what they used their wins for, and how their year has been since winning and showcasing how far their project has come.
